Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Manchester, NH

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. We are willing to train the right candidate; a willingness to learn and a drive to grow is what we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Electric Motor and Pumps Team
• Learning the Electric Motor and Pumps industry and terminology
• Answering customers' questions and providing additional information via return call or email.
• Identifying customers needs and the ability to source materials
• Keeping up with product and service training.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Field in coming calls for quotes on new Electric Motors or Pumps.
• Support Dispatch Team with sizing of pumps as needed for COD calls.
• Support Engineering with finalizing orders or bid-packages.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
